As there are no weather warnings in the UK, the Declaration rule that was relaxed last week during the heatwave will now revert back to the original K4 rule in the BHRC Rule Book and all horses must be at the venue a minimum of 1 hour before the start of the first race. Should the heatwave return, the BHRC will review the situation.

Race schedule for the next H & B H R C races at Ivington on Friday 17th July 2026 at 5pm (qualifiers from 4pm) Featuring the Bill Layton Memorial final for a first prize of £700 and the Mares Summer series, also Trot Britain, maiden, novice and non winners races.
