All proposals will have to be a BHRC Member at the point of nomination and all applicants will be vetted as per the Constitution requirements. The AGM & Members Meetings were held last night. Results of the voting are as follows:

As there are no weather warnings in the UK, the Declaration rule that was relaxed last week during the heatwave will now revert back to the original K4 rule in the BHRC Rule Book and all horses must be at the venue a minimum of 1 hour before the start of the first race. Should the heatwave return, the BHRC will review the situation.
